Contract Signing – Construction of the Pastoral Centre of St. Michael Parish in Gračani

SDMS d.o.o. is proud to announce the signing of a new contract – the construction of the Pastoral Centre of St. Michael Parish in Gračani. This project represents an important contribution to the local community and continues our long-standing experience in delivering complex construction works.
The contract value amounts to €2,105,705.03, with construction scheduled to commence on 12 May 2025. The planned duration of works is 12 months, meaning that the first two phases of the project are expected to be completed by May 2026.
This project covers the first two phases of the Pastoral Centre construction, while subsequent phases will further develop and complete the overall complex.
